Recommended Browser

We recommend to use the Firefox browser for Sakai access and use. As a reult of our testing, Firefox has the best performance when compared to other popular browsers such as Internet Explorer, Safari, and Google Chrome.

Clear Cache

We also recommend that you regularly clear your browser cache to avoid display issues and stay up to date. The quickest way to clear your cache is to hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard while clicking on the Refresh button in your browser.

Mixed Content Blocker

If you have links in your Sakai site pointing to external sites, your content may not display due to enhanced security features in the latest version of the Firefox browser. This can easily be fixed by clicking on the Shield icon in the top left corner of the browser and switching to "Disable Protection on This Page."
